Immediately after payment, you'll see a download link on the confirmation page. You'll also receive the download link sent to your email. If you don't see it, check your Spam/Junk folder — or email us at elverra.au@gmail.com and we'll resend it.
All files are delivered in universal formats: CSV/Excel (.csv, .xlsx), Notion templates, Canva links, and plain text guides. They work with Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice, and Notion — no special software required.
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-business commercial licence. You can use, edit, and adapt the templates for your own operations. Reselling or redistributing the raw files is not permitted — see our Licence for details.
Because these are digital products delivered instantly, we don't offer automatic refunds. If you have trouble using your files, please contact us within 7 days and we'll help get it working for you.
